CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SERVICE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

GaliciaHosting is served by Advertizing Impacts in Internet, SL. with C.I.F. B36.874.568 and address in c Prince, 24 - 36202 Plant 4. Vigo. All the users and clients of lodging of Advertizing Impacts in Internet LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (GaliciaHosting in the future) must accept and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

The contractor will have at any moment to respect a maximum conduct of honor when publishing his material in the Network not allowing itself the publication of illegal contents of political, racial, religious character, difamatorio or sexual. Strictly prohibited the publication of pornographic content.

The use of lists of distribution via not asked for electronic mail (Spam), strictly is prohibited. The supplier reserves the right to deactivate the account of the client immediately when it registers indications of such activity.

Galicia Hosting, does not become person in charge by any originating direct or indirect damage of the illegal use of the servant on the part of the client.

Specifically the abuse of resources of the system is prohibited and/or overloads of the servant derived from the inadequate use of our equipment. Galicia Hosting. it will invoice, the volume of additional transference in agreement with the tariffs in force.

The use or distribution of personal data without express consent of the user is prohibited, in agreement with Statutory law 15/1999 of the 13 of December on the Protection of Personal Character data.

Although Galicia Hosting, will do all the work necessary to maintain in correct operation the contracted services, does not take responsibility neither offers no type of guarantee in the continuity of the services nor in integrity of the data stored in our equipment. Therefore, the contracting resignation specifically to demand any responsibility, damages and damages to Galicia Hosting.

 

MODES OF PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE OF REIMBURSEMENT

Galicia Hosting is committed to the return of the quarterly, annual monthly payment or with the regularity that is of the service contracted in case of asking for the low one during the first 7 working days as of the date of discharge of the service. This return does not include the expenses of discharge of the services of lodging nor the costs of the dominion registry (rates NIC) if they existed.

Banking the receipt returns imputable to the contractor will suppose an additional cost of 2 Euros by given back receipt.

The supplier reserves the right to deactivate the account of the contractor when detecting any indication of problems in the payment of the service. In case of non-payment of the official rate of registry or renovation of dominion, the supplier reserves the right to modify the DNS of the dominion and to place it “in parking� through anyone of the companies and dedicated services to it, or by its own means.

The contractor will have to communicate 30 days ahead the loss request of his contracted services. Galicia Hosting will be able to solve the contract without needing advance warning some and the contractor will not have right to demand indemnification some.

In case of excess of use of the contracted amounts (disc space, data transfer,…) Galicia Hosting can demand to the client the reduction of the same until the maximum contracted, in an immediate term or the payment of the excess between contracted and the consumed thing, according to the effective tariff.

In case of non-payment of some invoice when to renew any type on watch, Galicia Hosting reserves the right not to renew these services, cancelling therefore the contractual relation with the client by non-payment

GUARANTEES OF SERVED

Galicia Hosting, will take responsibility of the correct operation of the Hardware of the servants, repairing and assuming costs of the produced incidences of natural form of the servants, reserving itself the right to invoice to the Client these expenses in case the incidences can derive from an evil use continued on the part of the client.

The client, will have to put his own conditions of use of the service to his clients, if they existed, also will be the person in charge to give technical support to his clients.

GaliciaHosting periodically carries out backups of all servants, with whom the service in case of serious technical incidence can be restored, but it does not take responsibility of possible lost of data or errors. In case of loss of data caused by the client and that this one wishes to recover the content of the backup, TWO HOURS will invoice to him on watch.
